Find out more about James as he talks tech, tailoring, and multi-tasking…
What is your role at Quintessential Cinemas and what does it involve day-to-day?
I am the first point of contact for many of our clients, so my day usually involves many different calls and conversations to discuss any of the variety of projects and plans we have at that moment in time. My role is to work together with our clients – and our partners and suppliers – to achieve their aspirations and create the space of their dreams.
What do you enjoy most about working at Quintessential Cinemas?
It’s the variation of each project. It’s a well-worn line, but it’s true here – no two projects are the same. We create a range of spaces – Home Cinemas, Fitness Studios, Home Bars, Media Rooms, and even specific rooms for Sports Simulation equipment – so there are such a mix of projects going on at any one time. Even when you are creating two Home Cinemas at the same time, they are always so different as they are personalised to the client’s needs.
How would you describe Quintessential Cinemas in 3 words?
Bespoke, tailored, and extraordinary.
What has been your favourite project or most memorable moment so far?
There are so many fantastic projects, but for me, I love how customers have their own aspirations and thoughts on what they want and desire for the space. So, my favourite part is seeing all those personal requirements come together and into fruition, as it leads to something unique and wonderful every time.
What excites you most about the future of Quintessential Cinemas?
The ever-changing technology and trends within the industry – it makes both the short- and long-term future very exciting, as we see the potential of what we can offer our clients in the coming months and years.
