The goal was to build an extension onto the client’s property, creating a custom-designed cinema room and bar area. Quintessential Cinemas was tasked with delivering a high-spec, acoustically optimised, state-of-the-art bespoke cinema, featuring an 8-seater arrangement. In addition to the cinema, we created a stylish bar and lobby area, providing a perfect spot for guests to relax before or after a film. The bespoke back bar was designed to fit the style of the room, complementing the sleek modernity of the cinema.

Seating: The 8-seater cinema layout was centred around comfort and optimal viewing angles. The client sourced the seating, ensuring it complemented the luxurious environment.

Picture: For a truly immersive viewing experience, we installed the JVC native 4k laser projector. Paired with a Screen Research 120″ 2.35:1 acoustically transparent screen, the visuals are stunning and precise, creating a cinematic atmosphere akin to professional movie theatres.

Audio: We designed the audio setup around a 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos system, delivering outstanding sound quality.

Acoustic Treatment: On-wall Art Novion acoustic panels were incorporated to enhance the room’s audio performance by minimising reflections and controlling sound.

Video Source: We installed a Kaleidescape Strato C Player, paired with a Compact Terra Movie Server, offering the ultimate source for high-quality 4K content.

Home Automation: Control4 OS3 was integrated to allow the client seamless control of lighting, audio, video, and climate from a single, easy-to-use interface.
